All sales are final.
We do not accept returns due to sanitation issues.
We are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids.
If in case of dissatisfaction or receiving the wrong order, contact NeNiKaar at @nenikaar on Instagram with your original order
receipt and relevant imagery.
The return of a product is eligible only if commenced in under 7 days The item for which a return or
exchange is requested must be in pristine condition, meaning it must be unused, unwashed, still in its
original packaging, and in all of its original labels. NeNiKaar reserves the right to refuse a return if all of
the above conditions are not met. You will receive a message in these situations informing you that your
order is not returnable. To proceed with the return, the customer must have kept the payment receipt, the
order number, and made sure the item was returned in excellent condition with all delivered items and
paperwork, including the original packing. With the exception of shipping charges, product exchanges are
free. After confirming that the item is in perfect condition and receiving the package containing the
product to be swapped, we will approve the exchange. You will then be contacted to discuss the next
steps. You will be responsible for the difference if you select a more expensive product. At this point, the
difference will be reimbursed if you swap the product for one that is less expensive. You will receive your
new order within our shipping window of two to five business days not including shipping time which
depends on the location.
